Preparing people without medical education to provide first aid

  By order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 19, 2020 No. DSM-138/2020 On approval of the rules for teaching citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan first aid skills, as well as a list of emergency and urgent conditions for which first aid is provided, Aktobe Higher Medical College named after Hero of the Soviet Union of Manshuk Mametova to border guards in Aktobe region in a remote online format Zoom conducted a one-day master class on the topic “Preparing people without medical education (paramedic) to provide first aid” and issued a certificate. The training was conducted by certified teachers of the college    Nysanov B, Kuanyshbaykyzy G, Dlimov A.
