On the basis of the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 20, 2015 №19 “On approval of the rules of transfer and reinstatement of students by types of educational organizations”, “Regulations on the procedure for transferring students from a paid basis to training under a state educational order”, decision of the Pedagogical Council  №6 dated 30.06.2023 of Aktobe Higher Medical College named after Hero of the Soviet Union Manshuk Mametova, the students listed below have been transferred from a paid group to groups under a state educational order:
