On 30thNovember 2022, a pedagogical council was held at the college.

Measures to improve the quality of the provision of public services were heard at the teachers’ council.

The college provides 9 types of public services:

1. Acceptance of documents in the organization of technical and vocational, post-secondary education.
2. Providing a hostel for students in organizations of technical and vocational education.
3. Issuance of duplicate documents on technical and vocational education.
4. Issuance of a certificate to persons who have not completed technical and vocational, post-secondary education
5. Transfer and reinstatement of students in educational institutions implementing educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary education.
6. Granting academic leave to students in educational institutions.
7. Provision of free meals to certain categories of citizens, as well as persons under guardianship and patronage, students and pupils of technical and vocational post-secondary education organizations.
8. On approval of the standards of public services for receiving documents for certification for the assignment (confirmation) of qualification categories to pedagogical workers and equivalent persons of educational organizations implementing programs of preschool education and training, primary, basic secondary, general secondary, technical and professional, post-secondary education.
9. Issuance of documents on training, advanced training and retraining of personnel in the healthcare industry.

Public service – one of the forms of implementation of individual state functions or their combination, carried out at the request or without the request of service recipients and aimed at realizing their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests, providing them with appropriate material or intangible benefits.

Public services are provided in the college (paper), in electronic form through Egov and through the State Corporation, in accordance with the standards of public services, orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In conclusion, it is necessary to observe the terms for the provision of public services, the quality of the provision of public services and the satisfaction of service recipients with the quality of the provision of public services.
