On the basis of the Aktobe Medical Center On May 12, 2022, a conference dedicated to the International Day of Nurses organized by the regional Center for the Development of nursing on the topic “Organization of the infection control system in medical organizations” was held. The conference was opened by the Deputy Director of the ICDC Jsc Alipova Z. S., congratulating the present medical workers of city and district medical institutions on the holiday. At the conference “A new model of nursing – the need for a modern healthcare system”, the deputy director of the College for Practice, G. T. Ezazina, made a report on the importance of teaching nurses of applied bachelor’s degree, B. K. Abdreeva, Chief nurse of the Aktobe Medical Center “Infection Control”, methodologist of the Center for the Development of Nursing, A. Zh. Kozhanova. they made presentations and demonstrated videos on the topics “Prevention and control of infections associated with the provision of medical care”, Sarguzina A. S. “work of the department of Hospital pharmacy”. The conference participants asked the speakers questions and received answers. The Conference has achieved its goal. At the end of the conference, certificates were awarded.
