From December 12 to 13, 2023, the Republican competition of professional skills among teachers of organizations of technical and vocational, post-secondary education in the specialty “Nursing affair” organized by UMO “Densaulyk” was held in Almaty.

Aktobe region was represented by Kazalbayev Damir Amangeldievich, a teacher of special disciplines at Aktobe Higher Medical College named after Hero of the Soviet Union Manshuk Mametova.

16 teachers from different medical colleges of Kazakhstan took part in the competition.

The competition consisted of two stages: theoretical and practical:

Module 1 – according to the program “Management of diseases in bronchial asthma

patient’s guide”;

Module 2 – “providing evidence-based care in a medical institution (hospice)”;

Module 3 – ” evidence-based care in a medical institution (hospital)

show;

Module 4 – “implementation of patient/family education at home”.

Kazalbayev Damir Amangeldievich demonstrated high professional skills of teaching in three languages (Russian, Kazakh and English) and took the third place.
