On behalf of the Head of State, Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, within the framework of the «Reading College» project, librarians held the «Best Reader» competition among college students. The main purpose of the event: to awaken students’ interest in reading books, to expand their worldview, to use the knowledge gained from books in life, work and study.

This event was held in two languages, it was informative and very interesting. The students who took part in the competition presented their knowledge in the field of fiction.

According to the results of the competition:

1st place and the nomination «Ең үздік оқырман» was awarded to Ainara Aitkaliyeva, student of the 217th group «Curative affair»;

2nd place and the nomination «Білімді оқырман» was received by Aibekova Togzhan, a student of the 101st group «Curative affair»;

3rd place and the nomination «Талантты оқырман» was received by Amandykov Ilyas, a student of the 133rd group «Orthopedic Dentistry».
