The center of development of sisterly business (further is Center) is created  in accordance of the Complex plan of development of sisterly business in Republic of Kazakhstan of August, 01, 2014, government program  of development of health protection of “Health” on 2016-2020 on the basis of order of the Аktobe regional management of health protection from December, 09, 2015 № 239 – п, with the purpose of perfection, increase of efficiency  and effectiveness of functioning of service of sisterly business.

A center is created for upgrading of sisterly help to the habitants of region, perfection  of the organizational and scientifically-methodical providing of sisterly business, analysis of perspective directions  of development of sisterly business, regional system of health protection.

A center consists of two departments:

1. Department after diploma preparation and retraining of middle medical workers.

2. Department of scientifically-methodical service

3. Department of monitoring and audit of quality of sisterly help

In-plant training and retraining of middle medical and pharmaceutical workers is conducted on next specialties:

• «Curative Affair»
•  «Obstetrician Affair»
• «Nursing Affair»
•  «Laboratory diagnostic»
• «Stomatology»
• «Hygieneandepidemiology»
• «Pharmacy»

In Center all types of in-plant training and professional retraining of specialists of health protection are conducted with secondary medical education.
