1. General Provisions.
1.1 This Code defines the basic rules of corporate culture and the behavior of teachers and the employees of AMC.
1.2 The code of honor of the teacher and the employees of AMC aims to create a favorable moral and psychological climate in the college 
1.3 The main objective of the implementation of all the provisions of this Code -strengthening corporate culture of the professional community, enhancing the authority of the teacher and the employees of AMC. 
1.4 Each teacher and employees of AMC strictly observing the rules of the Code, contributes to the strengthening of its image and business reputation of the college.
2. Principles and values.
2.1 Activities of AMK is based on the following principles
2.1.1. AMC is   leading center of high-quality knowledge, culture, science and innovation, uses the new learning technologies in the educational process.
2.1.2. AMC, looking to the future, effectively implements the educational concept
2.1.3 AMC values and respects its employees and always operates in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
2.1.4. AMK is intolerant to any manifestations of corruption and bribery.
2.1.5. 2.1.5. Spirit of AMC in unity. Creativity, complicity and partnership of the teacher, employees, students and graduates of college are inherent features of corporate ethics.

3. The Code of Honor of college staff
3.1. The teachers and employees of AMC must:
3.1.1. To maintain the status of college with honor and dignity, justifying the high rank of the teachers and the employees of AMC with their work
3.1.2. To carry out the mission of the college and professional activities relate to the corporate mission.
3.1.3 To take responsibility for the implementation of goals and objectives stated by the college fully, to be privy to the results of college activities. 
3.1.4. In carrying out the duties, to exhibit   high culture, responsibility, integrity, academic honesty and objectivity, guided by the principles of mutual respect, correctness, friendly relations with colleagues and students.
3.1.5. To strive for professionalism, constantly improving their knowledge by studying foreign and domestic experience and advances in science.
3.1.6. To serve as an example for students of labor discipline, respectful and careful attitude to the college, its traditions and history.
3.1.7. 3.1.7. To value a business college reputation, to refrain from engaging in activities that being contrary to or causing damage on the interests of the college, to prevent any attempt to defame the honor and authority. 
3.2. The teachers and the employees of AMC must not: 
3.2.1. To debase colleagues and students, to use obscene words, show arrogance and familiarity.
3.2.2. To discuss personal lives of colleagues and their shortcomings with the students.
3.2.3. To appear drunk and to drink alcohol drinks in the college, to smoke in non-designated location.
3.2.4.To accept gifts or cash rewards from the students.
3.2.5. Disseminate religious ideas, as well as the opinions and attitudes that are contrary to inter-ethnic unity and inter confessional consent. In college and in other public areas wearing of hijab, beards and short trousers are excluded.
3.2.6.To be late  for  work, to reduce the time of training or the performance of the official duties, to pass them without a good reason.
3.2.7. To show rudeness and disregard at performance their duties.
3.2.8. to abuse their official powers in relation to  the students, allow a biased attitude towards the students and when assessing their knowledge.
3.2.9. to distribute false information about the decisions of the college administration and the activities of their departments.
3.3. The relationship between the head and the subordinates.
3.3.1. The head must:
His professional and general human behavior serves as an example for his subordinates;
-to base norms and principles of their behavior on the basic rules of corporate ethics of business communication; 
-to show respect for the individual subordinate, not to prejudice their dignity;
-to admit before subordinate their own mistakes and do not to pursue them for their constructive criticism in his address;
Create a kindly and business situation in the staff;
3.3.2. The subordinate must:
– Strictly to observe labor discipline;
– to inform the immediate head about the reasons of the  absence timely.
– not to answer in the presence of colleagues on the incorrect behavior of the head;
– To know in the face of college head and their name;
–  To greet the first with the head when meeting in the hall or in the open territory;
–   To greet with those present first entering the room;
Relationship with colleagues:
– Respectful   towards each other; 
— Must apologize at not correct behavior (act); 
-to refrain from criticism of colleagues,  subordinates, the head in the presence of other employees; 
– relate negatively to the rumors, to prevent their spread;
– to refer to the leaders, colleagues, subordinates and students in the “you”;
– During business hours to be engaged only in affairs related with the performance of direct official duties;
– Not to use bad language, not to show lack of restraint and aggression 
-to help colleagues at work, to share knowledge and experience;
3.3.43.3.4. Attitude to work as the main professional duties, to serve as an example for students;
– Honestly and objectively to assess the knowledge, the abilities and the skills of students;
– to give away the strength, the knowledge and the experience to the task augmenting of scientific achievements of college.
– do not resort to plagiarism, appropriation of ideas from unpublished sources;
– to abide by confidential unpublished information obtained in the course of the examination, peer review or scientific management.
3.3.5. Hold the meetings and the conferences:
-to come to meetings and the conferences in time;
-Beforehand to acquainted with the agenda and to have all the necessary materials;
-Before the beginning of the meeting or the conference turn off cell phones;
-not loudly apologize when leaving and returning to the hall during the meeting;
– Do not use a tribune of meeting for solutions of the personal problems.
 A responsibility for violations of the code of honor of the teacher
4.1. A corporate culture is equally a matter of the teachers and the employees
4.2. The teachers and the employees of college are required to know and comply with the Code of corporate culture, be strictly liable for their actions and behavior.
4.3. Violation of provisions of the Code is seen as an action incompatible with the status of a college teacher and employee.
4.4. Monitoring compliance with the Code of honor of the teacher rests with the managers of commission on ethics of college 
4.5. For violations of the Code of honor of the teacher the following measures can be applied to employees, teachers and students:
– Recommendations public apologies;
– Discussion of behavior by the Commission on College’s Ethics and College Council
– The disciplinary action
