"The basic competence of nursing professionals."
January 17, 2019 on the basis of the center for the development of nursing held a master class on the theme:”The basic competence of nursing professionals.”
The master class was attended by nurses of city medical organizations, Khromtau and Kargaly CRH
The moderators were: Nauruzbayeva S. A. “Professional competence of nursing specialists”, Yermagambetova M. B. “Communicative competence in nursing”, Kozhanova A. G. “Verbal and non-verbal communication means in nursing”.
In the practical part of the master class were shown the situation with standardized patients, whose roles were played by College staff(Tuleuov.M., Tolaganova R. R., Ermagambetova M. B.,Zhaimagambetov A., Kenjebayeva S. B.).
Also, the participants of the master class worked in groups, chose a speaker for a speech, made out tasks on flipcharts.At the end of the master class participants were awarded certificates.
